Do shops i.e. amazon consider chargebacks same as refunds?
For example if someone try DNA but did not want to file a PR which they asked for and later claimed a succesful chargeback for that order, would amazon flag such account just the same as with providing a PR and claiming standard refund?

This my first post, I want to get an iPad pro and pen, but I'm not sure what store and method would work best. Any recommendations? Also, does anyone know if the iPad would get banned once they notice they've been SE'd? I was considering the sealed box method, but I'm sure eventually they will realize, and action may be taken against me.

When you're doing a RMA and have to pay and choose the carrier, what do you do ?
Because I tried 2 times with dry ice and they just say that they can't do anything and that I have to contact the carrier then ignore me.
