I am Extremely new to SEing and I was wondering if it's by any chance possible to even SE this laptop:
ASUS VivoBook X512DA

Also, do I need to buy it to SE it because I can't afford it right now.

As Copscalled stated earlier, all items are able to SE. To answer your other question, that depends on the website's policy. It is possible to pay by creditcard, paypal or debit card, and sometimes even without paying untill a later moment. Once you call the company stating you have not received the product, they won't force you to pay untill their investigastion is over(Most likely, sometimes the process is automated so then you're getting payment demands).
