Download the CCleaner application.
Select on custom clean and select browser data and DNS cache.
Clear it.
Now, when you create a new Gmail account, it should not ask for any OTP verification.

didnt try this method . i only know one method which work for me is connecting usa ip and than clear data of youtbe than signup from there.. this neeed to be done in mobile..

Though, I don't believe CCleaner Is available for IPhone/IOS devices.

mostly this method not working as one of my viewer told me less chances ..... may be google know now.
