Hello as It is marked in the title I'm trying to SE Fanatec .com / simracing store.

I've done some researches, as far as I know they send packages with UPS, the box is sealed with a tape written Fanatec on it and package is heavily heavy *10/15kg
I am wondering which method to use given the weight of the packages.

It looks like they’re not responsible of the loss and kinda force the customer to deal with UPS first to start an investigation then wait 10 days..

I know that they ask UPS to open an investigation because I knew someone who tried to SE them like 6months ago.

Fanatec has a 14days return policy and they told him to wait 10-15 days for the investigation from UPS but he wasn’t sure of the result so he sent back packages. (Used DNA)

In that case, the DNA Is good to go.

Correct.

They contact UPS and they'd open an Investigation. If UPS deems the package Is lost, they will approve the claim and forward payment to Fanatec, who will then use those funds to refund your account.

Which approach would you recommend? Thinkins an UPS scan closing the investigation saying package lost/ destroyed.
Is paypal a viable option if the first one fails, need an expert avdice haha
