I still think a DNA is viable, on the TomTop account do you have any prior orders? Or was it a fresh account?
Well as you say I may try it. If they're not giving a good response I may ignore further steps.
So would it be better to contact Tomtop directly or should I open a case over PayPal?
I have ordered another 3D Printer in October so I already have a payment of 120€ there.

Although I said PayPal initially, you should probably try to contact TomTop directly first via email/phone and see where that leads, and if it doesn't work out you can always use PayPal as a backup plan (plus you have another legit order so it makes it look better reaching out directly first, remember your a legit customer who hasn't received his items!)

Well I got no response yet from TomTop. I have the feeling that they would want a police report if I‘d go for it on Paypal. As I don‘t live alone it wouldn‘t be a good idea. Does anyone have experience with Paypal DNA with heavy parcels?
