I ordered a sweatshirt from TH website, it came by UPS but i wasnt in home, and now i have to pick it on a USP ACCESS POINT, is it still possible to SE?

In my opinion you should send it back and go for a higher amount. I did them 2 times (both partial) and it was the easiest refunds ever.

You can refund TH up to 1000eur (safe limit). Just order 1-2 cheap items per 1 expensive item and go for a partial refund.

Use reasoning behind it such as “crazy work schedule/no time to pick it up” and see if they’ll work with you on just leaving the package at your house.

Sign using a name that’s not your own. Just because someone signed for it doesn’t mean that you signed for it.

Sign using a name that’s not your own. Just because someone signed for it doesn’t mean that you signed for it.

So can i claim dna without any problem? Wont they talk to carrier/police if someone signed instead of me?
