Isn't the company requesting their return?

They are.  They said once I have placed the parcels for return i can send a picture of the receipt and they'll send a manual refund.  What if I request for the labels and just send the proof of receipt of payment but dont request the collection from DPD?

The refund will be processed on both the return of the Items, and PoP (proof of purchase).

If you only send the receipt, they will request the Items be returned.

Okay so they emailed me DPD return labels for the parcels to be returned then I said I dont have a printer. They said due to hygeine reasons they cant send one in the post. They then said they have secured another option in these difficult times, which is send the parcel at my own expense and send a picture of my receipt and they will refund the expenses in retrospect. What does the last part mean? Did I succeed?
