Isn't the company requesting their return?

They are.  They said once I have placed the parcels for return i can send a picture of the receipt and they'll send a manual refund.  What if I request for the labels and just send the proof of receipt of payment but dont request the collection from DPD?

The refund will be processed on both the return of the Items, and PoP (proof of purchase).

If you only send the receipt, they will request the Items be returned.

No i think they'll issue a refund when i request for the driver to come collevt it. Otherwise it wouldn't be a manual refund
