Based on the above, If you're Intending to use the DNA method, they must be on separate consignments.

If they're both on the same shipment, you cannot refund an Item that (as per your claim) did not arrive.

I think his idea is, to say only one jacket arrived, get the refund for the missing item. Then return the other jacked, which was delivered to him. He need 2 items to use the missing item method. If i understood correctly..
