CA / watch I ordered was roughly $1200 CAD ($880 USD). TISSOT has been very unhelpful, I asked for estimated time of investigation competition, dodged the question. I will continue to press them.

They are super slow. Investigation is ongoing in my case too. Hopefully next week we’ll get some updates.

Nothing. The CS in my country is super slow! They still waiting for reply from warehouse in Switzerland. Investigation is ongoing. They did confirm that the watch been shipped 100% so I suppose they have cctv. If they come after me I’ll request a picture of an actual watch in the box. Which I doubt they have. I’ll let u know when they reply.

Not yet. Have been bombarding them with emails. Approaching my return deadline so this might be a bust unfortunately. In my case, they shifted the blame from themselves to the courier which is why its lengthy, It may work for others.

Not yet. Have been bombarding them with emails. Approaching my return deadline so this might be a bust unfortunately. In my case, they shifted the blame from themselves to the courier which is why its lengthy, It may work for others.

I too am approaching my deadline but I'm gonna stick to it I had a similar meb get dragged out long as fuck but it was still successful and I really like this watch to be honest

I too am approaching my deadline but I'm gonna stick to it I had a similar meb get dragged out long as fuck but it was still successful and I really like this watch to be honest

At the end of the day we can chargeback through banks if we cross that deadline which is a nice failsafe. I like saving that as a very last resort however, but I'm eager to see the result of your SE, please keep us posted.

It's been a month for me. Just contacted them and threatened to report them to my country's general complaints board if they won't solve my issue this week. They trying to pressure the delivery services, as if it's their fault, that's why it taking so long time for them.
