Work/learn from home is here to stay for sometime. So if you take it positively you can still manage to be comfortable with it. Lack of motivation is just an excuse. I would say it is laziness that is preventing you to get your work done. You just cannot wish away the present situation. Its better to get used to it and make progress albeit slowly.

Work from home has changed the way we work and for students, the way they learn. To be efficient and effective you require an independent space devoid of any disturbance. Unlike offices or college for that matter, your focus and attention can shift in home environment. So plan your schedule, take occasional break, track your progress and adjust or modify your schedule accordingly. Discipline plays an important part here.

Contrary to the belief, It's not really easy to work from home. Your daily routine is affected. You will probably spend less time with the family due to work pressure and targets. I found a better way to deal with this by chalking out days work plan in advance or before starting the day and completing it as per schedule. Most important you need to focus and concentrate on your work and let go of all the distractions you will face. Take your normal breaks just as you do in your office. Don't get stressed up.
