I mean shit its one hell of a reach but doesnt hurt to try lmao

Well if they offer the refund I most likely wont be able to go to the festival, so although id have my money back, id still rather have the experience than the money tbh

Or try to DNA them after the festival maybe

You've got nothing to lose by giving It a shot.

Would you suggest to go with DNA or EB? It may be a stupid question, but could an empty letter be a thing too?

They're liable for lost shipments, so the DNA Is the better choice.

Seldom are letters sent empty.

You can claim It arrived torn/damaged, which gives the Impression that someone (not necessarily the postman) tampered with It In transit.
