What should I do next?

I emailed thermaltake saying that my powersupply blew up (its acting funky still). I have the serial number which they requested as well as the newegg invoice which I provided as well in filling out the eRMA form. I did the advanced rma option and filled in the vcc with a random. I then got an email that my replacement psu was shipped at 1:30 and at 5:30 that my package was on hold and that a security deposit is a must for advanced replacement services. I'm not sure how to continue .

In terms of the security deposit, what amount are they requesting?

Also, aside from the advanced rma option, were there any others available?

I assume they're asking the price of the psu. There was the normal return option in which I send them the psu and when they receive it they send the replacement.

A deposit Is defined as an Installment, that Is, partial payment of the full cost of the Item so I assume they're requesting part payment.

You should've opted for the latter (send the PSU) and use the empty box method, but we need to address the Issue at hand. Tell them you've spoken with your bank's card services department, and you're awaiting the Issue of a replacement card- due to your current card not being functional. Then use the other (return) option and box them.
