RR is kind of a pain to deal with. By saying DNA, they tell you that they’ll contact the carrier and start an investigation which takes anywhere from 5-10 business days, but they usually end up telling you “We see here that the package was delivered” and that you yourself should initiate a claim with the carrier.

Of course SNAD would never work because they think their in house Authenticators are top tier when it’s been know that RR routinely sells fakes lol.

He said all he did was DNA and they gave him investigation but he won.

Very similar to how Apple operates which Is a load of nonsense.

Why open an external Investigation with the carrier, when their Intention Is to ask "you" to file a claim?

Too heavy to EB It, particularly when an external Investigation Is opened and the weight Is cross-checked with the carrier.

I dont think they track it from the delivery driver to me so something could happen betwen that time

That's a different story altogether.

You'd be using the "damaged package method", whereby (as Its name Implies) you say that the package arrived damaged and the goods were missing. If you opt for that and they try to dispute It, tag me and I'll provide a methodology that's fail-safe.

As you should be aware, a PR Is only required to move forward with the claim, hence there's no cause for concern.
