By saying DNA, they tell you that they’ll contact the carrier and start an investigation which takes anywhere from 5-10 business days, but they usually end up telling you “We see here that the package was delivered” and that you yourself should initiate a claim with the carrier. Of course SNAD would never work because they think their in house Authenticators are top tier when it’s been know that RR routinely sells fakes lol. Side note: @mothered why is the OP allowed to use (dot)com in their post, but when I reply to the OP, I get an alert saying I can’t post a reply due to the fact that there’s a spam word in the post i.e. (dot)com. I’m new to the site so apologies if this alert is due to me being a new user. Why open an external Investigation with the carrier, when their Intention Is to ask "you" to file a claim? I dont think they track it from the delivery driver to me so something could happen betwen that time but at that point they woiuld prolly try to ask me to file a pr RE: TheRealReal DNA - mothered - 10-25-2022 (10-25-2022, 07:03 AM)Fugayse Wrote: I dont think they track it from the delivery driver to me so something could happen betwen that timeThat's a different story altogether. You'd be using the "damaged package method", whereby (as Its name Implies) you say that the package arrived damaged and the goods were missing. If you opt for that and they try to dispute It, tag me and I'll provide a methodology that's fail-safe.
