The next challenge #1
After a couple of pretty easy SE I feel like I need a harder challenge. I was looking at the newest MacBook Pro 16 with everything maxed out. The most expensive one goes for around 6000€. I have som ideas how to succeed but can the laptop be locked out and rendered useless. If so, is there something that can be done about it?

"If" that's the case (blacklisting the serial number), why not opt for a laptop other than a MacBook?

I just SEd a laptop and was looking for something new. Apple is known for their high security. I need a challenge. SEing has become something like an addiction to me and I need something new to try.

But it may not be worth the energy if the MacBook can be deactivated when Apple is missing one of their product.

Anyone now if theres a way around this?

good choice i had that on my list but never got around to it

i think they had some defects like issues with the screen flickering, did they ask you to return ?

but as for your original question i think high end designer clothes is the ultimate SE plus it has a good resale value

It doesn't mean It "will" be blacklisted.

Cross that bridge If and when you come to It.

You could definitely get one with a PP claim. Just make sure you don't do a lot of them.
