I was reading folks's comments and reviews so I deemed it useful to add my review.
So far, in my 2 years VPN experience, I came up with the opinion that the most committing services are ExpressVPN and Nord.
ExpressVPN is a bit expensive however it's service is unmatched, unbeaten
Nord has many other advanced features available on a cheaper price than Express.
I use Windows Systems and use VPNs very often.
That's my honest opinion.

It's hilarious how they've titled It Best VPN for Windows 10 In 2018. As If they don't perform on other Windows editions.
