anyone used this method on Temu before? I want to use it for a nintendo switch.
I'm currently in process of a missing item claim of $90 with them, I'll update how it goes

update: PEB (claimed one of the boxes was empty) was denied. item weight was 3oz/85g.

I've DNA'D Temu for over $300. Order came in 3 packages, so I just tried to DNA one but they refunded me the whole order lmfao.
The forum is going downhill.

"After verifying with our warehouse, we've confirmed that your items were indeed packaged and shipped to you. Your package was also shipped in good condition. Please reconfirm your package." they seem to always deny EB/PEBs even though they have no proof that my item was inside the package. I escalated it again

+1 for DNA. I did it with a package filled with stuffed Pokémon. The chat associate initially said I needed to take it up with ups, and I asked how they would be able to refund me, then she immediately refunded me.

Wouldn't be surprised if they are hesitant/more resistive to DNA's on a switch.

I asked for "evidence", but clearly It's not.

Raw comments hold no ground. For all you know, they could've made the whole thing up.
