[TUT] How to Trigger Any Emotion [TUT] 03-12-2012, 05:37 AM

"Anchoring" is associating a physical movement with an emotion or a feeling, so when the movement is attempted, it triggers the emotion.
Here's how it works:
You buy a new dog. You ring a bell, your dog waits to see why the bell has rung. You bring him his food bowl, he salivates, then he eats. You repeat this process every time you feed your dog.
Now, one day, you decide to ring the bell for no reason. So, you ring the bell, the dog salivates. But notice that you didn't place any food this time. The dog's salivating was triggered by the sound of the bell.
In his mind, he is thinking that every time the bell rings, food will be placed in front of him, so he will always automatically salivate.

Now, you must attempt this into human actions. Associate excitement with the touch of your partner's soldier. Associate laughter with a gentle rub on your chin. Associate anger with a rough rub on your chin. Associate happiness with a touch of the hand. Associate horniness with a touch of the knee. Now every time you touch that person in that particular thought AFTER you have anchored them the first time, it will trigger that emotion. And remember, these are just examples
Remember to not overuse your anchors. After you have rung the bell multiple times without offering any food, your dog will eventually stop salivating.
