Ordered a pair of sunglasses from them last week (180 GPB) and said that the glasses didn't arrive inside the sunglass case. Got an email this morning asking for ID and pictures of the box which I am okay to send. They also said that the courier may need to pick up the box for an internal investigation. Courier was UPS and I live in UK. What is the likelyhood that they actually come to my house? I know that I dont have to open the door to them, but there could be family in the house at the time and I dont want the driver to come and bother anyone.

Simply tell your family that you didn't receive the sunglasses, hence the driver Is expected to drop by.

Do you know what they would be likely to say? I doubt they would be coming and saying that theres an investigation. Probably just say they are looking to pick up a package?

From reading what others put they don't say anything. Just pick up the box. They won't be the ones conducting the investigation etc. I think its a scare tactic more than anything hoping people bottle it. A lot of SE'ers (mainly new ones) dread the thought of confrontation.
