Package has just been shipped will be coming from Italy, could this be a problem?

Double Dip Sunglasses Hut it's easy. DNA first one get 2nd one. Open tickets on both order numbers almost daily saying it damaged, missing, whatever.

You will get a ton of emails from all different reps that don't communicate. Eventually they will ask if you want refund or another pair(Triple Dip!)

I asked for refund and now I have 2 $400 glasses. One I will sell so I make money of this refund, the way it should be.

If they dont reply soon tell another rep you never recieved it. You will eventually get 2 emails(or 3 or 4 depending on how much you like to annoy reps) with 2-4 different claims numbers all asking if you wantr reship or refund.
