yeah you are right, they actually wrote in the original email "For the next 10 days, please don’t throw away the packaging as the courier might need to come back and collect it, for an internal investigation." and its been way longer than fucking 10 days lol so that isnt a worry.

just called, they wouldnt put me through to anyone, basically just said "ill message the person who handled your case as theyre currently busy" and that i just have to wait lol.

@mothered what you reckon boss? do I even bother ‘threatening’ with going to the bank? if I did this on my credit card I would have already tbf lol. Been nearly a month since I opened the ticket with SH!
