Yes

They won't care if it's not arrived just like they don't care if customs take your package for importing counterfeit goods. Once it leaves their warehouse they don't take responsibility for it. At best they will give you some small discount vouchers for shipping next time.

Good idea, should I try it.

You purchase the shoes with the box but some people ask the agents to remove the box when they ship them to lower the price of postage as it's done by weight.

Basically how they work is you transfer money to your account on their site and then buy products through that from other Chinese sellers and get it shipped to their warehouse. They will then store it for you, take photos measurements etc to make sure you are happy and hold it for 90 days or whatever whilst you buy other things and then package them al together into parcels when you want them shipped. So they essentially just store and ship products in bulk for you. So let's say you order £5k worth of clothing/jewellery you might only be paying the agents (sugargoo in this case) £80 for the delivery overseas and all the work they've done.

So they really aren't making much at all when the shipping costs alone will be really high for large volume packages delivered within a couple of days.

So imo it's a bit shady trying to SE poor hardworking people who are extremely helpful and offer a really good reliable service. Another reason the DNA is destined to fail is to avoid import taxes etc people declare a really low amount in terms of 'value' in the package. If you claim your package is worth £40 when it's got £5k worth of stuff inside nobody is refunding you the full amount. There lots of cases of people who get their parcels seized by customs and you just have to take the loss on it. It's all part of the risks you know when ordering counterfeit goods from a foreign country.

Yeah that is true, don’t think there is a way. Still going to try though.

I’ll put a claim in now, I thought you’d say it was a bad idea. Let me try.

It's fine.

Any enquiries will be with the seller and the online account holder - yourself.
