Hello, I’m going to try a £200-£400 SE on sugargoo.com the only thing is I don’t know what method to do, weight will be about 8kg.

Sugargoo is a chinese based agent that buy (mainly) fake, counterfeit goods from people in china then out source it from china. Missing items is out of the story, they take pictures of whatever you buy and show it you, they also weigh it and inspect the packaging. Not sure about DNA, maybe. Returns would be difficult because they are thousands of kilometres away from me, which I doubt they would want to take returns. DNA probably the most viable option, if you think another method which is more effective, please inform me, thanks.

Refunding an agent will be pretty messy, the product itself probably won't be refunded, Couse they take pictures and weight everything before sending it, they will contact the courrier and if it's delivered they won't really care, wrong address is your fault, etc.
For my own experience if something don't arrive they will make you wait and they don't make responsible for shipping items (in my case just refunded the shipping for a not arrived item, a real one, tracking didn't updated)

You best chance may be pp claim if you want, but remember that they are not a big company, so...

Rather than waiting, here is where it states that. From what I can tell they'd have to open a claim with the carrier and then provide that to Sugargoo.

That relates to third-party logistics, as opposed to their local carrier and (where applicable) post office.
