DNA is always an option. For broken, I was thinking of just pouring some water over the packaging and take a photo of that to make it look like it's leaking. Would be grateful if someone could recommend what they'd go for.

Let me know how it goes

It arrived today. I called and they said they want photos. I tried saying I threw it away due to safety hazard but they insist on photos. Any ideas guys? Was thinking I crack the bottle ever so slightly, and pour some water on the packaging lol. As long as the product is still usable, my gf doesn't mind.

Did you tell them, how are you supposed to provide photos for something you don't have?

If you comply with their request, It's an admission of not disposing of the Item.

Eau So Sweet by Marc Jacobs. Yeha was a bit messy tbh, this is my first intentional S/E so I am not doing great. I sent the images of it being damaged, (but still usable) and I put some water to look like it leaked. They replied saying take it to the store. I sent back an angry email saying i threw it away for good now. But they are not replying yet. Defo could have done this better, apologies guys. Any tips at this stage would be appreciated.

Don't need to apologize, it's all about learning and improving your methods.

I suppose at this point you can only wait to see what they say and act on that.

Not wishing to hijack this thread but any chance anyone is a dab hand at photoshop - could do with a pic of broken Eight and Bob ‘Cap D’Antibes’ (100ml)

Still no reply, any chance that they would just ignore me, or should I keep being persistent and nag them?
