Not comfortable saying which one exactly but its West EU. I just ordered it with klarna so i didnt need another s/n.

Told them it came in with the battery leaking and i told them i hurt myself because of it. They told me they would get a replacement if i keep the old package. I told UPS what was going on and told dyson that its actually impossible so they made it so i get the replacement by giving nothing back. after that just asked for a refund

For sportchek they said even though the courier deemed package delivered they refunded me I just waited a day or two pretty simple just had to call
