Just for anyone looking to get away with a little pair of shoes or other apparel.

Ordered myself a pair of the New DNA 5.0 ultra boosts from the Adidas Site UK Total came to £140.00, Item was delivered the next day by Royal Mail (Standard Delivery).

Once the order was received on Sunday I jumped into the Adidas Live chat on the Monday morning stating I got an email that the parcel has been delivered I just stated I was not in and was actually at work at the time so did not receive it, they ask the usual check with neighbours etc just say you did all that and checked your safe spots.

They will ask for your Name and Order Number and my next reply from the Live Chat has they have deemed the item lost and the Refund had already been sent set to receive within 7 working days.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

(Disclaimer: This was just for ONE Item ordered I am not sure how successful a multi-item order would be, However Adidas seem to ship everything in the same box with the same Standard Delivery from Royal Mail so In theory... a DNA would work for multiple items just as easy)

You do get an email confirmation when the item has been delivered through Adidas Website so it is tracked to an extent... But no Signature or anything required can even get them to leave it in a safe space if you wanted so it 100% was not (Given to you) haha defiantly easy will do again.

Just be sure not to ask for leaving the parcel in a safe place, cause giving such consent could work against you when performing DNA as it's pretty much claiming responsibility for the package from the delivery person to you.

An email confirmation, Is different to packages being tracked throughout their journey via the carrier's network.

The email would've marked the package delivered when It reached Its destination, but may not have been monitored from sender to receiver.

As stated above, If you suggested a safe place, you may be responsible for loss of goods during shipment.

Mine had tracking and it says it showed where it was scanned which is my house but idk if the DNA will work help? One Adidas sst tracksuit £118

It most certainly will.

GPS/tracking Information Is useless, for the fact that It only confirms delivery to an "address" and not to a "person", hence you did not personally receive the package.

What Mothered said, I assumed my parcel was also "Tracked" as it was 2nd Class Tracked but it meant nothing I was still able to claim the refund for it not "arriving" quicker than it took me to answer the door for the parcel in the first place! haha
