Received my Sony A7 IV + an expensive lens today in one package.
On Amazon it said a signature would be required.
However UPS just handed me over the package without anything.
His „proof of delivery photo“ was a picture of the ground near his car.

Guys, is this perfect for DNA or am I missing something @mothered ?
Shipping was from UK to Germany btw.

is that your only other issue on the account ever? it is going to trigger OFM email and a flag if that was DNA/EB also. That's two large refund for orders not fulfilled in less than a year.

Your account is good but I have had and seen stronger accounts account closed. Make sure you don't have any other related account that also had" refunds". Could end up getting both accounts closed.

I know they don't typically provide labels for expensive items anymore but if they did for this I would FTID or LIT (if u can do that). You can then use your good customer status to complain to exec relations if warehouse refuse the refund.

Some were able to get away with dna once in 6 months years ago on (cheaper items) but Amz a lot less lenient now.. If this is the only account you use, you can try DNA but them not asking for signature is not going to increase the success. They will likely ask for police report. I'll warn that it is tough to make new accounts with that same address and keep long term once a previous account been closed now.

I am not sure there is an instant method for Amz even if he did a return method they make you wait 30 days. but both my old refund groups been banned so i haven't kept up as much.

Wrong item is not possible because this order was made on .co.uk and delivered to Germany. That means my Wrong item had to be from .co.uk as well.
