" We are going to open an investigation with the courier regarding your empty package. This can take some time to conclude and may involve the courier reaching out to you or returning to your location to conduct an investigation. "

My refund initiated last week but not received it yet. On the follow up they said they are facing issue with refund process nowadays and working on it. and it might take upto 10 days or more unless issue is resolved. Should wait or go for paypal claim?

My refund initiated last week but not received it yet. On the follow up they said they are facing issue with refund process nowadays and working on it. and it might take upto 10 days or more unless issue is resolved. Should wait or go for paypal claim?

I'd say it's up to you: 10 days have already passed, in my case, so...

Just an update about the same address question that got asked a while back.

I attempted with a different name, different card, same address.

I just received an email saying

“ Our team has been doing an in-depth investigation on this matter and we’ve been unable to find any potential concerns linking back to the courier, Yodel.



During our investigations, we’ve also discovered a delivery being reported as “missing’ or “opened” from prior order that either you have placed or others had placed from your location.”

As such I have stated back saying I live in a shared accommodation which I do and that I am not responsible for others. I have also asked them for proof of delivery as it’s a requirement for Yodel but there was no picture at point of delivery so using this as a big arguing point.

Just wanted to inform people about the same address query, hope this helps.

UPDATE - just got a reply saying they will look into this further as they were unaware I lived in shared acccomodation.

Yep, that seems to be the case, I was just using this as a way to let people know that it will not work more than once, I was not expecting it to work more than once tbf so I am not surprised.
