When the request has been solved, that's the end of the claim.

If they were to question the weight of the package, It would've already been done through their Investigation. The same applies to activity on the headset - It would have been checked during the claim's assessment, or just before the refund was Issued.

Mine just arrived. Not sure whether EB will be possible or not. Delivery driver took a photo on delivery but the photo was actually taken outside with the front door shut, as it accidentally shut behind me when I went out after him as he was taking it round to a neighbour's. I'm also not sure whether he took the photo of the box while I was holding it, or while it was on the floor, as I tried to put the box down as I imagine you would be able to see the weight of the box in my hands. Delivery was by Yodel. Should I request the delivery photo?

I was holding it differently to how you would hold an empty box that weighs nothing, however you are right, you couldn't prove it wasn't empty through a photo anyway. Do I make a complaint straight to the oculus/meta site?

anyone know if this is still good to go? im new to all this. Is there a reason to choose EB over DNA for this item? are there more risks?

EB doesn't require a police report, while the DNA might
It should be still working, you can always make a legit return if it doesn't though
