I ordered from the Meta store and the tracking says "Left at front door". Do you think DNA will work?

Your "address" received It, not "yourself". Anyone could've taken It while It was left unattended.

Should I contact them now or wait until tomorrow? What should I say to the agent, that it wasn't there?

Contact them the next day, and say you're still waiting for the package to arrive.

Nothing has changed on paypal or the credit card used on ot yet.. but meta facebook is the only payment related to this. By any means on my account

Just got a headset delivered. Dropped off at the lobby of my apartment. I will contact Meta customer support tomorrow and claim DNA.

I claimed DNA, they asked me the usual "have you checked with your neighbor?", then they told me to contact UPS and tell them what they say.

The purpose of their Investigation Is to liaise with the carrier, thus you're not Involved In any way, shape, or form.

Yeah, I sent an email with what the UPS bot told me (they told me to contact the sender for a replacement or to start an investigation), and now Meta hasn't replied. I hope they reply tomorrow.

Okay so, I’ve hit this 5 times now. 2 for myself, 3 for partner and friends. 4 quick successes, 1 pending investigation with the same email others got.
It seems they’re investigating a fairly small % of claims. Obviously we are yet to see the outcome of said investigations.

Personally, if you get the investigation email I recommend just stating it’s turned up and return it, and try again with different account/guest

Update: upon speaking to another rep - he mentioned the next step and asked if I would prefer a refund or replacement and also did mention waiting 5 business days for the investigation to end. So perhaps some good news?
