If Meta can track usage of Oculus, I'm wondering if it makes sense to swap the SE'd Oculus with a clean one from like BestBuy. Of course they may have their own serial number tracking.

i dont actually think this is necessary, once they have issued the refund there isnt really anything they can do, ive been using mine today after receiving my refund yesterday lol

Hi, what evidence did you have to send to get the refund? I'm asking because I won't receive the package, so I won't be able to take pics to the "empty" parcel.
I'd be very thankful if anyone could send me an example of the pics I have to send, so I can try finding some online.

i dont have them to hand but they literally said "send photos of the box and label" and i did exactly that, sent a photo of the box empty (the parcel box not the oculus box)
whoever receives the parcel could send it surely?

Problem is a traveler is bringing it to my country, and they said they can't do that for me cause it's against the tos. Do you think DNA would work?

Have just tried hitting this and they waited 2 days and then said they are opening external investigation so think its fucked. Just said empty box and took picture as suggested, might be dead? Not sure, could have been unlucky too. I am in UK .

If they're thorough with the Investigation by cross-checking the weight with the carrier, the SE Is destined to fail.

Mine is getting delayed too, I don't know if to get worried or is just a normal procedure. The first post of this thread said he had to wait a bit as well, so let's see how it goes
