[Success] Huawei EB on earbuds 11-12-2022, 12:37 PM

Hello my darlings, today I'd like to share a success story with you, since I've read very few threads about Huawei.
Bought a pair of FreeBuds 4, as soon as I got them I weighed the earbuds and charging case only (50 grams in total, awesome) and proceeded to claim MEB through chat: they were extremely quick and efficient, immediately understood my issue and had me called via phone (just an hours later) by an operator (who, then, kept following my case - such a sweet and lovely agent the likes of which I've rarely found in my SEing adventures <3).
Said operator asked the usual stuff: whether there were any signs of tampering on both the parcel and earbuds boxes (say there were none - they won't open any investigation with the courier if you say so, they themselves will say "it must've been a manufacturing error, it rarely happens"!) and, last but not least, whether I prefer a refund or replacement (went for a refund with the excuse of the earbuds being a gift for a now-too-late bday).
Next day I got an RMA notification email (disregard it, the aforementioned agent called me again and explained to me how their system manages every refund request as if it was a return, nothing new with many companies) and then, the following day, a "refund correctly processed" email.
Win win
