Hello
Have anyone encountered problem with dead/stuck pixel?
Have you fixed it yourself ?
I drop my phone the other day and green dot appeared on my screen... Did some research and it seems to be stuck/dead pixel.
Some people suggested using Detect and Fix app but did not worked... any ideas ?

I've had this problem before and I recommend rapidly flashing the color spectrum on your screen and physically massaging the screen. That worked for me. If it did't work for you, I suggest looking around on the interwebz for more solutions.

If software for fixing dead pixels won't work, it's likely a hardware issue. I remember I had many of these on my old iPhone 4, ended up smashing it on concrete when it got bad enough (half the screen dead) and being dumb enough to buy an iPhone 5, which is now having troubles booting up rather than dying on the apple logo. Getting a GS5 soon.
