if no signature was requested and it's under $500 then you may get the refund but they ask you to submit id for verification to some website. They usually request signature for expensive items.

I see, I get that. I wanted to ask if you may have a template of a *cheaper* fragrance so I can perhaps order the same fragrance and use that template so I dont have to break my bottle.
