Steelseries SE (picture of product) #1
Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone has any pictures of broken products from steelseries that I can use in my SE, seeming as they have really tightened their security they are now asking for pictures of the cord cut from the mouse, or the left headphone broken off, to ensure that its a "real" RMA request. Itll only be a one time use, I dont plan on using the same image again/giving it to anyone else. Thanks! Biggrin

P.S: I dont mind what the product really is, if its above £100 that would be great!

Just to let you know;

From a similar company, I downloaded an image of a mouse from eBay and paid somebody £8 to photoshop the cut cord. Simple & easy.

You can then use this photoshopped image for future SE's as you can just drag & drop the serial from one device to another, etc.

If you're SEing a mouse, It's pretty lightweight, so you can use the "missing Item" method.

It saves the hassle of providing Images etc.

Would this work, for say a larger item such as a headset or keyboard? Probably not right?

Which company was it, and can you DM me the person who you paid? Thanks!

No It won't.

As a rule of thumb, the Item must be light enough to not register a weight on consignment.

So by using an amazon receipt as PoP and then saying 'in an angry tone' that I still haven't received the item, would it be a good idea to tell them that I had already contacted amazon about this and they told me to go straight to steelseries support, or is that not a good idea? I am sort of new to all of this so I don't really have much clue as to what is happening. Stressed

Try not to complicate the SE. Don't give Information that hasn't been requested- only respond to theirs.

Did SteelSeries request the POP?
