When you try to se steelseries, they ask you for a picture with for example a broken off left earcup, can you photoshop something like that or do you just try something else?

You can certainly Photoshop It, or alternatively, send them a corrupted file using any of the below websites.

No doubt they'll request It again, so keep sending It In different file formats (extensions) and assure them It's working fine on your end. This gives the Impression that you're making every effort to comply and resolve the matter.
