It shouldn't be too difficult fulfilling their request.

Update:
I've been contacting sellers left right and center to try and get them to send the specifically requested picture of the headphones (SteelSeries Arctics Pro Wireless - If anyone has these contact me ASAP) and have not been able to procure the required picture.
Wondering if anyone knew someone with these headphones or a method of getting the specified picture. This is the specific request.
"Hi *****,
Please send us a photo of the headset serial number and wireless base station serial number together. "
Any and all help appreciated and much welcome, I have blanked the customer support for a week and told them I was away on a trip but now I'm back!

Onto the RMA process but after scouring the internet and thinking about my options I need some help.
- I can opt to ship back the headset (which I dont have at all) to Chicago, SteelSeries Headquarters
- Try and fake POD
POD is difficult for me to do by myself and I would be unable to so I'd need help from someone on the community here. (Any help anyone ???)
Or use some method (no clue which) to send it back to them but of course not actually send anything.

A POD Is easily manipulated.
Perhaps create a thread requesting the service of those who're competent to put one together.

around 375 grams (including the headset and the transmitter) and for size its just the size of your average pair of headphones

It's not too heavy at all, so you can box them to circumvent the return.

Opted to fake POD instead, worked perfectly and my first SE ended in success
