Steam offline mode? 04-10-2014, 10:51 PM
#1
So I have skyrim on steam but no longer have internet. I clicked offline mode and it was working fine for weeks but now it wont work.
Now it says 'cant connect to the steam network' yet im clicking Offline mode. Is steam really this stupid? How can I solve this without internet?

Try reinstalling and clean the registry beforehand.

You could try editing your hosts file and setting the steam address to localhost never tried and have no idea if it will actually work but you never know
