did you order it on a credit card? you could always do a chargeback on that and let the CC company fight them

I ordered via a disposable card on revolute and I did not use my name when I placed the order so I don't know how that's gonna go if I do a chargeback

Yeah I'm going to go to sleep now and then tomorrow I'll see what I can do I'll see if there's any way I can contact Steam if not I'll start the charge back I have nothing to lose I guess

Test If You Can Log From Different Cardinalities And Try To Plead Ignorance By Saying That " You Didn't Log In From Like A Year For Whatever Reason And Upon Attempting To Log After A Long Time You Suddenly Found Out That Your Account Blocked From Some Reason " .. Would Work Best If You Did That From An Old PC/Access Point You Used To Log In From In The Past .

I Think They Suspected That His Item Was Stolen And Being Used Since He Claimed A "DNA" Without Even Waiting SE Result , Would Be Really Annoying If He Claimed The "DNA" After Logging With His Main Account Into The Steam Deck .. Such Items Oculus/Steam Decks Cannot Be Turned On When SE'ing Them , At Least He Could Use A Fake Account To Really Put The Idea That His Item Is Really With Someone Else .

To me this sounds like a very easy chargeback win. Customer service not even interested in assessing a claim. Just annoying that it's the long way round

The se was not successful it was banned mid claim. I never even powered on the device that's a rookie mistake

That doesn't work I don't know what it is but you can sign up with your device on a VPN completely separate information etc and they will deny your claim I'm not sure about with Steam but I've seen other companies do this it's best to just not turn it on at all
