Well... Had a bit of a stir with SE'ing at the end of the year there with trying to claim a DNA from Currys, let's just say it resulted in DPD hounding my phone 40 times a day looking for info and the driver who "Delivered" it even coming to my door at 10 pm after his shift will all this evidence that it was delivered and threatening to call the police right now because his job was on the line Sooooo clear to say I defiantly shit myself just a little and withdrew the claim with some bogus response of awww someone took it in and didn't tell me just to get them off my back.
Anywaysssssssss Don't want to give up after the scare so looking for some small SE's to get back into it people recommend foreign Amazon stores? like Spain or Germany for quick SE's does anyone have any experience ordering from these types of stores from the UK?
If so any advice would be much-appreaitated hahaha.

This is why you gotta careful with your dna.
Not because you can’t pull of the dna, but because I don’t want the driver to have to pay the price for my dna.

What exactly happened with the DNA?
That Is, was the package singed for, dropped off at your doorstep or otherwise?

I have also experienced something similar for DPD, they are bastards if you declare DNA.
I'm sure he wouldn't lose his job (unless he has an unusually high amount of lost packages) as that would be a pretty brutal company policy.

^ That's precisely why drivers lose their jobs- a very high number of claims against the same driver.

Unfortunately for the driver, If a performance agreement was signed at the time of employment (which Is the case with almost every major company), he can be dismissed for failing to meet the job's expectations/requirements.
It's exact

The parcel was delivered to my house but it was not signed for and the photo on the DPD app was just the parcel on the ground no Door no number no nothing apart from concrete and parcel he never even asked my name for who was taking the parcel but when he came to the door he had all the print outs of GPS location coordinates of where the photo was taken and all this random shit and I just didn't want to go through with it any further so I cancelled the claim.
But as for how it went it just went like any other DNA, to begin with anyway. Claimed parcel did not arrive they say the usual check with neighbours and safe spots etc etc claimed it was not with any of them they said they would get back to me within 24 hours they did not so I contacted them again and yet again they said they would get back to me again the next day DPD spammed my phone we are talking about 30+ times every 15/20 mins for the whole day then at night the Driver came to my door and I basically had to play dumb and pretend I wasnt the one who took the parcel in and stuff was a big mess.

Well, the driver should've done his job by ensuring the package was "accepted" by yourself or a household member, rather than dumping It on the ground for anyone to access.
Ultimately, he's at fault and only has himself to blame for his actions.

So what?
GPS records do not conclude that
the package was personally accepted. I'm not targeting yourself, but rather the driver's Incapacity to ensure that It was personally handed to you or anyone else living at your premises.

I don't understand how they can justify their actions.
In short, they neglected to follow company protocol (as stated above), and tried to put you at fault.

Basically, ye I thought the constant spamming of myself was completely out of order I am sure company policy does not allow the employee to come to just show up at my house after work hours, He has openly used his confidential work information (My address) to come back in his own time and question me...
