New member here, I have to admit this forum does seem different that every other similar to this style of forums. Seems a much nicer place with people actually talking rather than simple "thnkkks" and "okkkk" posts to unlock content.

I am in the UK and am waiting on a sub £300 item. I want to try a refund myself rather than use a refunder. I plan to use DNA as I doubt they'll have me sign for it with all that is going.

Question is, how did you manage to get it in 30min? Did they not ask to give it a day or two in case the delivery is late? Basically, how do you deal with them when they ask this on the chat?

Yeah, I much prefer the SE forums here... actual discussions happen! Not just bloated with the same methods over and over for different companies with users trying to get likes.

I would assume it would depend on the rep. You can just keep calling back until you get a rep that just processes it, or you can just wait a day or two and call back again. I usually wait a few days after delivery anyways just so I don't have to deal with that.

You're very lucky that the rep didn't detect suspicious activity.

You're not supposed to know "when" It was delivered, hence 30 minutes Is too short to contact them when using the DNA method.

In terms of the DNA, It's best to wait until the following day to contact the company. As far as you're concerned, you've been waiting all day for the delivery to no avail.
