Sorry if I haven’t posted this in the right place, I’m new around here.

Attempted to take a chip out of an old aftershave bottle after ordering a new full bottle from Sephora but after 15 failed attempts of not even chipping the bottle the 16th attempt smashed the entire top half of the bottle clean off lol.

Their live chat was offline so I fired over an email with a picture of the smashed bottle and let them know it arrived smashed.

Received an email back instantly asking to send over photos of the bottle and packaging. I told them I binned the packaging due to the broken glass and I resent the photo of the broken bottle.

Not even an hour later I received an email back from them apologising and letting me know that they have issued a refund and it will appear in my account in 2-3 days. It went in instantly

Very nice. You get an A for effort with the perfume bottle haha Did you not consider photoshopping it or paying someone to do it ?

Also could you advise on the specifics of the SE please, was it a single bottle of perfume for 300 plus or did you have other items and was it an aged or new account?

Brand new account no previous orders. It was just a single bottle of Tom ford
