i've used blazza since middle school haha, but i've kept it for all theses years just cause some of my older online buddys remember me by that, and i have some rep with it. but hey it's up to you, i'd keep it just cause you've built up your online rep with that name

I've been In the cyber community for over two decades with the same username. Changing It, will form a completely new Identity which Is not appropriate under the circumstances.

I'd agree with Mothered. It's very hard to remember the identity or character of someone online when their name and images change. If you were to change it, I would suggest trying something that really links to it. Like keeping Ninja in the name. Or if you do keep it, remember that I'm staff of a site and my name is based on a pokemon

Even if you completely changed your profile theme and your name I don’t think of mistake you for someone else . But yeah since I’ve started on the site with this name and continue to meet other members it’ll be important in the future.

I think for some people it could be different, especially if you stay in contact with them a bunch. But if there's time away, the lines get blurred for me.

All In all, when changing your username, you need to also consider the Impact (If any) It has on others who refer and Identify you by your current username.

The last thing you need Is to change It, form a new online Identity and start all over again.
