Just bought Sennheiser momentum 3 earbuds and going to do manufacturer’s EB.

The manufacturer’s box weighs 249g inclusive of the earbuds and charging case. The buds are only 12g and the charging case is 66g.

So, should I claim both the buds and case were missing - combined weight of 78g? Or just the buds?
