Hello guys, i just succesfully SE'd my second order ever (Airpods Pro 2nd gen) but i was planning to sell them and not keeping them. But now i was wondering if i could just sell them anywhere like stores who buys electronics, pawn shops etc or do i only sell to other people? Also should i be worried of anything happening when selling these? thanks in advance

The Issue Is, you've SEd the AirPods and they're supposed to be non-existent.

If the buyer (that you sold them to) decides to put In a warranty claim, they'll come up as a previously refunded Item -which can be traced back to you. I'm not suggesting It will happen, but rather the possibility exists.

Does that go for every country? As i live in NL (EU). And also a warranty claim would only be used when the product is damaged, dont work anymore etc right or do I understand this incorrectly?

i used MEB but i dont know if it got registered as lost or anything, i got my refund basically instantly when saying my box was empty.
