A bunch of my favorites fall under the Seinen category. I just wanted to list a couple. Maybe you guys have some favorites?

Black Lagoon

Spoiler:

Okajima Rokuro is a Japanese businessman in a town full of Japanese businessmen. His normal day consists of social drinking with clients and being kicked around by his bosses. He finally gets a break though, as he's sent by his company to the tropical seas of Eastern China to deliver a disc. But his boat gets hijacked by a band of mercenaries hired to retrieve the disc. Rock (as he is newly dubbed by his captors) catches the interest of the only female merc Revy as she thinks he's worth a ransom, taking him hostage. However, the disc that was stolen has a terrible secret that's unknown to Rock, which causes massive confusion and chaos for both him and his kidnappers.

While Harry McDowel is striving for power, Brandon is only staying in Millennion to see the girl he loves whose custody was gained by the leader of Millennion, Big Daddy. But as the years pass and Brandon proves loyal to Millennion, Brandon learns the true purpose and passion of Millennion, and that's when true conflict arises.

Black Lagoon is easily one of my faves. I'd recommend Baccano! and Black Bullet.

Indeed Black Lagoon was a good one. Almost all of the Seinen anime that I've seen are pretty good.

[Jolly]

I'd go with Psycho Pass, Akame ga Kill and Jormungand.

Considered recommending Baccano! but limited it to 2.

I'd go with Psycho Pass, Akame ga Kill and Jormungand.

Wasn't sure if Psycho Pass counted as Seinen. Good anime, regardless.

[Chromium]

Seinfeld was pretty good.
