I received a phone call from DPD yesterday, claiming that my parcel wasn't collected by the courier since there was no returns label on the package, therefore it has been in my local parcel shop since the 4th April.
When arranging a return either through collection or drop off with Currys, they require you to fill out an online form and state that the courier will put all relevant labels on the package. At least that's what a rep told me when I spoke to them on live chat. I also received no emails containing QR codes or anything of that nature.
I was concerned that I would no longer be eligible to return the package since it exceed their 14 day returns policy, but I explained my situation to a rep and they were able to rearrange collection for me today. I'll provide more updates as soon as possible.
I'm still waiting after signing my form

Have you received any update regarding your item?
I can confirm that I just received my refund from Currys UK. I would like to thank @
mothered for helping me throughout this process. The dummy phone and seals worked perfectly. Thank you again.

If they don't respond, be sure to contact them asking where your claim stands.
