I'm in the middle of doing EB for buds pro, and it's 3 weeks after buying them, still not resolved yet. They keep telling me they checked the cctv footage and found that the item was packed correctly and wasn't tampered with. Cunts can't seem to understand that I never once said that the item was tampered with, and that i agree with them. Still waiting on a resolution tho.
