Well, I have good news!

I contacted them today before breakfast so I was angry hahaha and asked them how long do I have to wait as I have waited long enough already and they asked me to wait  a bit more and I kept on pushing.

Finally, I got an email that my refund has been approved!

I should have written in full form (WD) is western digital. It sells SSDs and storage.

Do you know if they have CCTV camera ? in case, eb would be easier with ssd and dna with hdd

Update!

It has been around 9 days and I haven't received any update but I just got off the chat support and they said they need 5 more days to resolve the issue. I have replied to the email from Hermoine as well and they have opened my email more than 10 times in the last 30 minutes. So something seems to be moving.

I told the chat support guy that I won't wait 5 days and they have until the end of the day to either refund or replace. I will contact them again in the evening and see how far we are.

Seems like they do not have any answer from UPS and this doesn't seem to happen a lot so I guess if I succeed more people can use this store to SE.

I remember a family member that quite often at stores gives compliments and start talking to the cashier and ends up quite often leaving with with unscanned products or a higher change. 😅

I've SEd countless times In a very similar fashion. When you create an element of trust and likeness, a lot can be achieved If you play your cards right.

Yeah, I could have done that and I vouch for it that connecting with another person always works. As most of the people do not care or acknowledge the working class and only keep the transactional relationship/talks.

How can see you that they opened ur email 10 times !! 😀

Hey, I use an email tracker with my regular email. It helps to see if it opened or not.
